Glasses order – need to know before sale
Optical lenses are private custom products, lens processing and cutting, do not accept return or exchange.
After the order payment and the prescription parameters are provided, the customized processing process of the lens is entered. No refund is supported halfway.
The orders of our shop are processed by the original factory, and the delivery time is about 5-10 working days, based on the actual receipt of the shop frame (only new frame processing is supported) and the complete matching parameters (if the parameters are incomplete, the delivery time will be delayed).
